The Butcher N Cheese is a craft burger and local beer tap restaurant by Chef Zubin.  Inspired by a visit to the grasslands of Colorado, Chef Zubin dreamed of a down home kitchen.  Everything about the BNC, from its decor to its menu, is straight out of a memory.  Those memories are of a place and time in America that don't change because to everyone they are simple, straightforward, and always brave and free.  Welcome to The Butcher N Cheese.

Just as you would want:  The ingredients are fresh and cooked to order right in front of you in the open kitchen.  Not a franchise and not a corporate.  Simple.  Your neighborhood.

Enjoy with friends, family or just to have your own timeout inside or relax on our sunny patio and enjoy the local beers, hand-crafted burgers and welcoming service.  We have meat and plant based burgers, soups, hearty salads, two-hand hot dogs, classic seafood sandwiches, kids meals, and a variety of custom dishes.  Everything travels well too!  Eat at home, in the office, at a picnic or party, or anywhere in between.
